Isn't strange, that when you need something, a word, a phrase, a saying to come up and hit you on the head, God provides. Even the prayer for that day is so strong for me at the moment:-
Lord, help us on our Lentern journey,
teach us that you are with us on the road, especially when it is hard.
Teach us above all that you are there, most of all, and however bad it may be, in those who suffer and those who have nothing. Teach us to stretch out our hands to them, and so find you. Amen
